Harrison v Aegon / Transamerica Entities — the seven-agreement framework
The Harrison – Aegon relationship operates through seven interconnected agreements that together create a unified commission system: an Employment Agreement, a Stonebridge US Employment Agreement, a Marketing Agreement, the GPR–TIMAP Consulting Agreement, a Harrison Consulting Agreement, a Deed of Guarantee and Undertaking, and the Stonebridge Guarantee Letter. Each contract below is provided in two formats.
The executed PDF is the operative instrument — bearing wet–ink signatures, common seal impressions, witness annotations, handwritten clause amendments, and the Allens engrossment cover page. It is the source of record for any reference in pleadings, memoranda, or submissions.
